Abhijit plays Keyboard for Jigary. His interest in music started at a very young age. He was enormously influenced by his father’s love for music. Amazed by his father’s talent for playing multiple instruments, he decided to try his fingers at the harmonium.
Over the years, Abhijit has played harmonium and keyboard at cultural festivals and various social gatherings. Most of his solo performances comprised of old and melodious Hindi film songs. Abhijit enjoys all forms of Indian music, and in particular old Hindi film songs, Ghazals and Hindustani Classical. He is a huge fan of Pt. Shiv Kumar Sharma, R.D. Burman, Kishore Kumar and Jagjit Singh. He has perfomed playing Keyboard for Bands in bay area including Tillana and Raaga.
